About the event
Join me at Hilden Tea Rooms, in the old Hilden Primary School, on Thursday 24 September at 7pm for an illustrated talk exploring the story of our abandoned linen heritage.
Through a selection of my photographic work, I’ll look at Hilden Mill and other abandoned mills I’ve documented, sharing their history, atmosphere and the stories behind these once-thriving places.
The talk will last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes, followed by a Q&A.
Tickets are £15 per person and numbers are limited.
The café will also be open on the evening for anyone wishing to purchase refreshments.
