Exclusive Photography Workshop – Abandoned Church Experience

Join Abandoned NI for a unique photography workshop inside a stunning derelict church.  The Old Cloughey Presbyterian Church is a rare location that's not normally opened for public access.

This exclusive session gives photographers the opportunity to explore the beauty of decay, architecture, light, and atmosphere inside an incredible historic space.

Whether you're picking up a camera for the first time or have years of experience, all photography levels are welcome. The workshop will guide you through how to see, compose, and capture striking images in abandoned environments.

You’ll learn techniques for:

• Working with natural light in dark interiors

• Composition and storytelling in abandoned spaces

• Capturing architectural detail and texture

• Approaching urban exploration photography safely and creatively

⏰ Workshop Time Slots

Two small-group sessions are available:

Session 1: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Each session is designed to give participants time to explore the building and develop their photography while receiving guidance throughout.

💻 Bonus Editing Session

All attendees will also receive access to an online follow-up editing class (date to be confirmed), where we’ll go through editing techniques and workflow to help you bring your images to life.
